Adacta's multidisciplinary approach in managing business crises is the result of the action of specialised professionals operating in the area of restructuring.
The team supporting the client works together seamlessly and organises its action generally in two phases.
I) Preliminary analysis of the context in order to identify the most suitable action: analysing the status of the crisis, the situation in the sector and the short-term financial trend. This is followed by choosing the most suitable solution and the measures required, defining the assignment for the subsequent phase.
II) Development of a business plan covering the critical period and various scenarios to assess financial-economic risk, drawing up the equity and cashflow plans; selection of legal instruments (certified reformation plan, debt restructuring agreement, bankruptcy proceedings) and the operating methods to ensure the operation's success; definition of objectives and related requests to the banking system and/or lending class; negotiation phase; and monitoring of the company after turnaround.
